About us
YOUR HOSTS
Jess's family have lived in this beautiful corner of countryside since 1620.
For 400 years, the Aldenham Estate, which Home Farm Glamping is nestled into, has provided a retreat from the hustle and bustle for Jess’ family. Her ancestors have lived here whilst working in London throughout that time, and this area has always been their personal haven. London has crept gradually closer, and we now sit on London’s doorstep, within the Green Belt.
While a lot has changed in 400 years, the intentions behind the setting up of Home Farm Glamping echo Jess’ family’s love of having a foot in each camp. They’re a hard-working bunch who love the excitement and pace of working life in London, but long for the simple, relaxed pleasure life in the countryside provides. Home Farm Glamping offers a medium through which we can invite busy Londoners and locals to experience this slow down of pace and possibility of quietening the mind through being in nature.

ABOUT GLAMPING AT HOME FARM
We’ve taken the hard work out of camping, adding excellent service and luxe touches for comfort
We pride ourselves on excellent facilities to reassure people who are new to glamping or camping that it can be for them! We have heated showers, flushing loos and hair dryer sockets just a short stroll away from the tents; warm blankets for crisp nights around the communal firepit; hot drinks station and complimentary tea and coffee in the barn; Weber BBQ’s for grilling and cool boxes for chilling. We even supply you with marshmallows for smores!
Hop into a taxi off the tube at Stanmore (Jubilee line) and in 10 minutes you'll discover rolling green fields, a beautiful lake and avenues of ancient trees. Or if the Northern line is easier, Edgware is a short drive away. This is the place to come if you want to escape into nature while being just a hop, skip and tube from home. No need for a car - you can grab your overnight bag, jump on the train and be with us in no time.
This is not camping as you know it!
